Preceptor.us may assist with identifying and coordinating potential preceptor opportunities. Final approval of any preceptor or clinical placement is determined by the student's university, program, or clinical site.

4. Preceptor Communication
Communication Policy
Students must not independently contact or communicate with a preceptor introduced through Preceptor.us unless specifically authorized.
All placement-related communication should be handled through the student's dedicated account manager.
5. Payments
Payment terms and pricing will be communicated before services begin. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable service terms and payment arrangements.
6. No Circumvention
Students may not use information obtained through Preceptor.us to bypass our services, independently contract with, or establish a separate arrangement with a preceptor introduced through our service without authorization.
7. Service Availability
Preceptor availability depends on specialty, location, rotation dates, university requirements, and other factors. We do not guarantee that every requested specialty, location, or date will be available.
8. Changes to Services
Preceptor.us reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services when necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability
Preceptor.us is not responsible for decisions made by universities, clinical sites, preceptors, or other third parties, including changes to requirements, approval decisions, cancellations, or availability.
